Master Student (2023)

IMEC/KU Leuven

Haocun Wang received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tongji University (TJU) in 2020 and his Master’s degree in Integrated Circuit Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in 2023. During his master’s studies, he joined IMEC Belgium in 2021 for an eight-month internship under the supervision of Dr. Qiuyang Lin. In 2022, with Dr. Lin’s recommendation, he conducted his master’s thesis project at IMEC Netherlands.

Currently, Haochen Wang is a PhD researcher in the Integrated Circuits Group at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), working in the Emerging Technologies Lab. He is involved in the EU NiteLiDAR project. His research interests include power electronics, analog and mixed-signal circuit design. His primary research goal is to design a tunable laser driver integrated circuit to achieve higher power efficiency while providing precise wavelength control.
