Junyu Tang is currently pursuing her B.Eng. degree in Integrated Circuit Design and Integration Systems at the School of Integrated Circuits (School of Microelectronics), Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. She ranks first in her cohort of 115 students and has been recommended for admission to Fudan University, where she will join Prof. Qiuyang Lin’s research group as a master’s student. During her undergraduate studies, she received the National Scholarship for two consecutive years and was recognized as an Outstanding Student and an Outstanding Communist Youth League Member.

As a core member of an optical-sensor analog front-end chip project, Junyu worked on a 14-bit asynchronous SAR ADC architecture, bootstrapped sampling switches, dynamic comparators, and full-circuit simulation and verification. She also designed a two-stage Miller-compensated operational amplifier in a TSMC 180 nm CMOS process, gaining practical experience in analog front ends, data converters, low-power amplifiers, and integrated circuit verification. She received the Second Prize in the Northwest China Regional Competition of the National Undergraduate Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, as well as provincial awards in national mathematics and English competitions for university students.

Junyu aims to continuously improve her circuit-design skills and become an accomplished integrated circuit designer. Outside her studies and research, she enjoys hiking, watching musicals, and playing tennis.
