Qiuyang Lin is an Assistant Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University. He is a recipient of the National Young Talent Program (Overseas) and the Shanghai Young Talent Program, and a Senior Member of IEEE. He received his B.Eng. from Dalian University of Technology, M.Sc. from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands, and Ph.D. from KU Leuven (ESAT-MICAS) in Belgium.

In February 2021, he joined the Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (imec) in Belgium, where he served as Researcher and Senior Researcher, and led the imec Analog Community. In 2026, he joined Fudan University to establish the Biomedical Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory.

His research focuses on biomedical and sensing integrated circuits, analog and mixed-signal IC design, data converters, and emerging sensor interface technologies. His work spans the complete design cycle, including system architecture, circuit design, silicon validation, and system-level integration, aiming to enable next-generation intelligent healthcare and biosensing systems.

He has authored and co-authored over 30 publications in leading international conferences and journals in integrated circuits, including ISSCC, VLSI Circuits, CICC, IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), and IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBioCAS). He has also contributed to multiple patents in sensor-interface and data-converter circuits. His research advances high-performance and energy-efficient biomedical sensing chips and integrated systems.
